Terms of Service

1) Social casino; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino experience for entertainment. Gameplay uses virtual coins/credits and virtual items only. No real-money wagering is offered through the Service, and you cannot win prizes or rewards of real-world value through gameplay.

2) Eligibility; minors prohibited

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are underage. You are responsible for complying with any rules that apply to you based on your location and circumstances.

3) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may require you to confirm eligibility or account ownership.

4) Acceptable use

• No cheating, botting, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• No abusive, hateful, harassing, or unlawful content or conduct.
• No attempts to buy, sell, transfer, or broker accounts, virtual coins, or virtual items.
• No exploiting bugs; report issues to us promptly.

5) Virtual coins, credits, and items

• Virtual coins/credits and virtual items have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money or real-world value.
• No cash-out, no withdrawals, no transfers between users, and no resale.
• Balances may change based on gameplay; we may adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances/items to correct errors, address abuse, or operate the Service.
• Virtual items may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6) Purchases (if offered)

If the Service offers purchases, you are buying a limited, revocable license to access virtual content/features within the Service. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable rules of the platform/provider you used or mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We do not guarantee that any virtual content will remain available indefinitely.

7) Intellectual property and user content

The Service (including software, designs, logos, text, and game content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms. If you submit content (e.g., feedback or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

8) Service availability; changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including games, features, and virtual items. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you made no payments.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service or users. Upon termination, your access ends and any virtual balances/items may be forfeited without compensation.
