Responsible Play & Safety
Play should be fun and within your means. This page outlines practical tools and support options to help you stay in control.
Set personal limits
- Time limits: decide how long you will play and take regular breaks.
- Spend limits: set a maximum amount you can afford to lose (never use essential money).
- Session reminders: use alarms or device tools to avoid losing track of time.
- Reality checks: review wins/losses objectively; avoid “chasing losses”.
Take a break (cooling-off)
If play stops being enjoyable, take a pause. A cooling-off break can be a short, fixed period where you cannot access play features and marketing messages can be reduced or stopped.
Self-exclusion & account closure
If you need a longer stop, you can request self-exclusion or permanent closure. To start the process, email contact@copperravenclub.com from your account email and include:
- your username (if applicable)
- the type of request (cooling-off, self-exclusion, or closure)
- the desired duration (for time-limited exclusions)
Self-exclusion is intended to be a protective measure and may not be reversible during the chosen period.
Parental controls & underage protection
Only participate if you are of legal age in your location. If you share a device, consider using operating-system parental controls, separate user profiles, and content filters to restrict access.
Warning signs of harm
- spending more time or money than planned
- borrowing money or hiding play from others
- trying to win back losses
- feeling anxious, irritable, or unable to stop
- impact on work, study, relationships, or sleep
